As per Public Law Title V United States Code 7114(b)(4), it is the obligation of the agency to provide data that is maintained by the agency in regular course of business, reasonably available, and necessary and within the scope of the collective bargaining, pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, 4, 7, 20 and 22 of the HUD/AFGE Agreement.

 

INFORMATION REQUESTED:

 

A.                 Copy of “SPACE REQUIREMENTS WORKSHEET”    SF-81A.  Subject:  Proposed move or relocation of the HUD Denver Regional Office.  (As supplied to GSA)

       

B.                 Copy of “Space REQUIREMENTS QUESTIONAIRE AND A REQUEST FOR SPACE”   SF-81  Subject:  Proposed move or relocation of the Denver Regional Office ( As supplied to GSA)

 

C.                 Copy of   “GSA acknowledgement letter” On proposed move or relocation of the Denver Regional Office.

 

D.                  HUD’s  “ point of contact” with GSA for this proposed move or relocation of the HUD Regional Office.

 

 

 

·        PARTICULARIZED NEED:

 

A.            Information will be used to determine if like penalties for like offenses is consistent within HUD organization.

 

B.            Information will be used to determine if progression of penalties was taken into consideration before rendering the proposal that was issued to .

 

C.            Information will be used to determine if  rights were violated under the Weingarten Act or the HUD/AFGE Agreement.

 

D.            Information will be used to determine if  was provided the opportunity for rehabilitation.

 

E.             Information will be used to determine if the actions taken against  were fair and equitable and to assure that the actions taken against  were not retaliatory because of her Union activities.

 

F.             Information will be used to determine if the Agency complied with the provisions of Article 22, Section 22:01 of the HUD/AFGE Agreement.
